Summary
This study follows about 400 adults with severe or very severe COPD in Brazil who are already using the Trimbow inhaler. Researchers will track their symptoms and lung function over 6 months to see how well the medication controls the disease. The study does not provide the drug—it just observes real-world results from routine care.
