Summary
This study tested a 6-week self-management program for people with COPD, which included education and coping strategies for activity. 42 adults aged 40-65 with COPD took part. The program aimed to improve quality of life, exercise ability, and mood compared to routine physical therapy alone. Results may help guide better support for managing COPD at home.
