NCT ID NCT07181915
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether changing the wording of emails sent to GP practices can improve how they prescribe inhalers for COPD, a long-term lung condition. About 270 GP practices in West Yorkshire will get either a personalized email with feedback and tips, or a generic notice. The goal is to see if personalized emails lead to better prescribing, but patients will not receive any different treatment during the study.
