Your phone could predict your next COPD Flare-Up
NCT ID NCT04955080
Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app could collect useful daily health information from people with COPD and other chronic conditions. Researchers followed 216 patients for up to 38 months to see if data from the app could help predict when their symptoms might get worse or when they might need to go to the hospital. The study also checked how easy the app was for patients to use.
