NCT ID NCT07394712

First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 3-month supervised maintenance program, including exercise and education sessions, can help people with COPD maintain improvements in breathing and quality of life after an initial 8-week pulmonary rehab program. About 86 adults aged 40-75 with moderate to severe COPD will be randomly assigned to either the maintenance program or standard care. The goal is to see if the program reduces shortness of breath and helps people stay active longer.
