First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study compares three different dual bronchodilator inhalers (combining two types of long-acting medications) against a single medication inhaler (tiotropium) in people with COPD. The goal is to see which treatment best improves exercise endurance and lung function. About 100 adults with stable COPD will try each treatment for 28 days, with a week off between each. Results may help doctors choose the most effective and cost-efficient therapy.
