Summary
This study tests a mobile app called Respir'air BPCO designed to help people with COPD stay physically active after completing a pulmonary rehabilitation program. Researchers will compare two groups: one using the app plus usual care, and another receiving only usual care. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use, acceptable, and helps improve activity levels, self-management, and quality of life while reducing breathing problems and hospital visits.
