First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested the safety and effectiveness of combining two targeted drugs, copanlisib and ibrutinib, in 18 adults with primary CNS lymphoma that had returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal was to find the best dose and see how many patients' tumors shrank. This approach aims to control the disease rather than cure it, as ongoing management is typically needed.
