Summary
This study is testing whether painting roofs with a special reflective coating can improve people's health during extreme heat. Researchers are giving smartwatches to 800 people in Burkina Faso, Mexico, India, and Niue to track their heart rate, sleep, and physical activity. The goal is to see if a simple, low-cost housing change can help communities adapt to rising temperatures.
