Summary

This study tested whether cookies made from soy, chickpea, and peanut flour could improve the health of 60 malnourished children aged 3 to 10. One group ate the cookies plus their regular diet for 3 months, while the other group ate only their usual diet. Researchers measured weight, height, arm size, and blood markers to see if the cookies helped children grow and get healthier.
