Summary
This study tested several new cookie recipes to see how they affect blood sugar levels in healthy people. Researchers recruited 12 healthy adults to eat different cookies and measured their blood sugar over two hours. The goal was to gather information to help develop cookies that cause a smaller blood sugar spike.
