Summary
This study tested a training program based on the Transtheoretical Model to help university students improve their knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors around contraception. 68 sexually active nursing students with low contraceptive behavior scores took part. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce risky sexual behavior and unplanned pregnancies.
