Summary
This study offers continued treatment with the experimental drug RVU120 to adults with advanced solid tumors, acute myeloid leukemia, or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome who are already benefiting from it in an earlier study. Participants must have received at least 5 cycles of RVU120 and have no other available treatment options. The main goal is to monitor safety and track how long patients stay on therapy.
