New contact lenses aim to halt Kids' worsening eyesight
NCT ID NCT06878118
Summary
This study is testing if a new type of contact lens can slow down the progression of nearsightedness (myopia) in children. Researchers will compare these special lenses to regular single-vision contact lenses over 12 months. The goal is to see if the new lenses can reduce how quickly a child's eyes lengthen and their prescription worsens.
