Contact lenses put to the test for Screen-Time comfort
NCT ID NCT06308666
Summary
This study looked at how comfortable a specific brand of daily disposable contact lenses felt for people who wear contacts and use digital devices like computers and phones for at least eight hours a day. Researchers asked 41 participants with nearsightedness to wear the lenses and rate their comfort, dryness, and vision clarity after long periods of screen use. The goal was to see if these lenses help reduce common discomforts associated with wearing contacts during heavy digital device use.
