First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at 52 soft contact lens wearers to see if a computer program (ImageJ) could measure eye redness more accurately than the standard method (Efron Degree System). The goal was to find a more objective way to catch early signs of eye irritation. Participants wore lenses for two weeks and had their eyes checked with both methods.
