Summary
This study tests a device called the Conformal Left Atrial Appendage Seal in 64 people with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who are at high risk for stroke. The device is placed in the heart to close off a small pouch where blood clots can form, potentially allowing patients to stop taking long-term blood thinners. The main goals are to check safety and how well the device seals the pouch.
