First seen Jun 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a set of jaw exercises called 'condylar remodeling exercises' can improve how well people sense the position of their neck and jaw. The trial will include 40 adults with forward head posture and jaw pain. Participants will do the exercises and be measured before, after, and at a 12-week follow-up. The goal is to see if these exercises help reduce pain and improve movement.
