Summary

This study is testing a rehabilitation program designed to help people who still have thinking and memory problems months after a mild concussion. It will compare the program delivered in-person, delivered via video call (telehealth), and a waitlist group that gets no treatment. The goal is to see which approach best reduces everyday cognitive difficulties and if the benefits last.
