Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding DNA damage repair inhibitors to standard radiation therapy is safe for people with stage IIB or III non-small cell lung cancer who cannot have surgery or chemo-radiation. About 200 participants will receive the drug combination, followed by up to 12 months of durvalumab immunotherapy. The goal is to find the best dose with acceptable side effects.
