This study looked at 62 adults with long-term sinus infections who needed sinus surgery. Some had the swollen part of their turbinate crushed, others had it removed. The goal was to see which method works better and causes fewer problems like scarring or re-swelling. After one year, the team checked symptoms and breathing to find the best approach.
