Summary

This study tests a non-clinical, arts-based program called Concert Therapy to help adults manage everyday stress. Participants will experience calming music, guided breathing, gentle movement, and uplifting music in one session. The trial compares this to simply listening to relaxing music and resting. It involves 150 adults aged 18-65 who report feeling stressed but are not being treated for a serious illness.
