Surgeons test 3D blueprints to perfectly remove jaw tumors
NCT ID NCT07306962
Summary
This study is testing whether using detailed 3D computer planning before surgery helps surgeons remove a specific type of jaw tumor (ameloblastoma) more precisely. It involves 10 patients who need surgery. The main goal is to see if this high-tech planning leads to cleaner removal margins and might help prevent the tumor from coming back.
