Summary
This study tested whether using computer-assisted surgery and 3D-printed guides helps dentists remove extra (supernumerary) teeth in healthy children more quickly and with less damage than traditional freehand surgery. The main goal was to shorten the time from first cut to exposing the hidden tooth. The trial involved 32 children and was completed at Kafrelsheikh University.
