Summary
This study looked at how compression bandages change oxygen levels in the skin of people with leg ulcers that involve both arteries and veins. 38 adults took part. Researchers measured oxygen under the skin before and during compression to see if it helps or hinders healing. The goal was to better understand how compression works and how well patients tolerate it.
