Can longer compression sock wear fade vein treatment marks?
NCT ID NCT06766968
Summary
This study aims to find the best length of time to wear compression stockings after a common varicose vein injection treatment. Researchers are testing if wearing the stockings for a longer period (28 days) helps reduce a common side effect—temporary skin darkening over the treated veins—compared to a shorter period. The study also checks if longer wear affects pain levels and overall treatment results for 140 adults with varicose veins.
