Nurse compassion training: a new way to improve patient care?

Summary

This study tests whether a special training program can help nurses become more compassionate and caring. The training is based on Watson's Human Caring Model and uses videos and case studies. Sixty nurses will take part, and their compassion levels and caring behaviors will be measured before and after the training.
