Summary
This study is testing a 6-week family program designed to build compassion and improve emotional connection. It aims to see if this approach can reduce depression and anxiety in teenagers while also lowering stress and self-criticism in their parents. Researchers will use surveys, brain scans, and wristband monitors to measure changes in family interactions and mental health.
