Summary

This study tests a program that brings mental health care into regular prenatal and postpartum checkups. About 14,820 pregnant and postpartum people will take part. The goal is to see if this team-based approach helps reduce depression symptoms and suicidal thoughts, especially among different racial and ethnic groups.
