Heart test pokes: wrist vs. hand

NCT ID NCT05725616

Summary

This study compared two different spots to access an artery for a common heart imaging test called coronary angiography. Researchers wanted to see if using an artery in the hand (near the 'snuff box' or back of the hand) worked as well as the standard spot in the wrist. The goal was to gather information to help doctors choose the best and safest approach for patients.
