First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study compares two ways of helping patients breathe during a procedure to widen narrowed airways (balloon dilatation). About 40 adults will receive either flow-controlled or volume-controlled ventilation. The goal is to see which method keeps oxygen levels higher and puts less strain on the lungs, helping doctors choose safer breathing support for future patients.
