Scientists test if new Auto-Injector syringe works the same as standard one

NCT ID NCT06732973

Summary

This study aimed to see if a drug called JS005 behaves the same way in the body when injected using a standard pre-filled syringe versus a newer automatic pre-filled syringe. It involved 272 healthy adult volunteers who received a single injection with one of the two syringe types and were monitored for 85 days. The main goal was to compare how the body absorbs and processes the drug from each device, not to test the drug's effectiveness against a disease.
