Summary
This study looked at 40 children with Hirschsprung disease to compare two types of surgery: the Swenson-like and Soave pull-through procedures, both done with a camera (laparoscope). The goal was to see which one leads to better bowel function after surgery. The results help doctors choose the best approach for each child.
