Summary
This study compares two types of spine surgery for a condition called degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, where a vertebra slips forward and causes pain or nerve issues. Researchers will enroll 100 adults aged 50 to 90 who haven't improved with non-surgical treatments. The goal is to see which surgery provides better pain relief and recovery, with fewer complications.
