First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study compares two dental devices—one with tiny screws and one without—to see which moves back molars better in people with crowded teeth and a Class II bite. About 24 participants will receive one of the two expanders, and the amount of tooth movement will be measured with 3D X-rays. The goal is to find a more effective way to create space without surgery.
