First seen Jun 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug, trastuzumab rezetecan, works as well as or better than the current drug trastuzumab deruxtecan for women with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has worsened after previous treatment. About 100 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two drugs. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control before it progresses.
