Lung cancer showdown: which drug combo works best for TTF-1 negative patients?

Summary
This study compares two different drug combinations as the first treatment for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (TTF-1 negative, non-squamous). The goal is to see which combination helps patients live longer. About 136 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups.
