Summary

This study looks at whether delaying the trigger shot by 1-2 days during IVF leads to better-quality embryos and higher live birth rates. About 834 women undergoing their first or second IVF cycle will be randomly assigned to standard trigger timing or a 1-2 day delay. The goal is to help doctors and patients choose the best approach for fertility treatment.
