Summary
This study compares three ways to treat a displaced shoulder fracture combined with a rotator cuff injury: no surgery, early surgery, or delayed surgery. Researchers will track 180 adults for up to 10 years to see which approach leads to better shoulder function, healing, and fewer complications. The goal is to help doctors choose the best personalized treatment.
