Summary
This study compared two treatments for infantile hemangioma, a common birthmark: oral propranolol (a pill) and a laser-assisted topical timolol (a drop applied to the skin after laser treatment). The trial included 30 children aged 1 month to 12 years. The goal was to see which approach works better and is safer for shrinking these growths.
