Summary
This study will compare two dental filling materials—alkasite-based resin and nanohybrid composite resin—used to treat cavities in the chewing surfaces of children's baby molars. Fifty children aged 4 to 6 will receive one of the two fillings and be checked at 3, 6, and 12 months to see which material better prevents new decay and holds up over time. The goal is to identify the more durable and effective option for treating childhood cavities.
