Summary
This study looks at 300 people who need two brain surgeries: a shunt to drain fluid and a skull repair. Some will have both done in one operation, others will have them weeks apart. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer problems like infections or the need for more surgery. Results will help doctors choose the best plan for patients.
