Summary
This study compares two common surgical procedures for treating uterine prolapse to determine which one provides better results from the patient's perspective. Researchers will follow 320 women for three years after surgery, tracking complications, recovery, and quality of life. The goal is to help women and doctors make more informed decisions about which surgical approach works best.
