Summary
This study compares two surgical procedures for female stress urinary incontinence (leakage with cough, sneeze, or exercise). About 60 adult women who have not improved with non-surgical treatments will receive either laparoscopic Burch colposuspension or transobturator tape. Researchers will check success rates, surgery time, hospital stay, and complications at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery.
