Summary
This study compares two types of spinal anesthesia (hyperbaric vs. isobaric bupivacaine) to see which one causes fewer dangerous drops in blood pressure during planned cesarean sections. About 60 healthy pregnant women will take part. Doctors will monitor blood pressure, heart rate, and any side effects like nausea or vomiting.
