Summary
This study looked back at medical records to compare two different types of scopes used to examine the small bowel in children. It involved 208 patients under 18 years old to see which scope was better at finding problems, allowing treatment, and was safer. The goal was to help doctors choose the best tool for these delicate procedures in young patients.
