New cream vs old cream: which works better for skin fungus?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two antifungal creams works better for treating a common skin infection called pityriasis versicolor. Researchers will compare a newer cream (luliconazole) with a commonly used older one (ketoconazole) in 86 participants. The goal is to see which cream clears the infection more effectively and with fewer side effects.
