First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study helps people with ongoing back pain after surgery compare two treatments: spinal cord stimulation (a device that sends electrical pulses) and a pain pump (which delivers medicine directly to the spine). Participants try both treatments temporarily and choose which one works best for them. The goal is to see which option provides better pain relief and improves quality of life.
