Summary
This study compares two specialized exercise programs—the Schroth method and the SEAS approach—to see which works better for controlling mild spinal curvature in teenagers with scoliosis. Researchers will measure changes in spinal alignment and quality of life in 30 adolescents aged 13-18. The goal is to help guide non-surgical treatment choices for young patients.
