Summary

This study looks at two ways to clean root canals (rotary vs. back-and-forth files) and whether rinsing with very cold saline (cryotherapy) can reduce pain and improve healing. Sixty adults with infected but painless teeth will be treated and followed for six months. The goal is to find a better approach to lessen discomfort and speed recovery.
